Inactive Guild Leader Replacement
Dear community,
In patch 4.3 a mechanic was implemented in which you could replace an inactive Guild Master and claim the guild as your own. This is now live on Apollo.
If the guild leader is inactive for more then 90 days a notification only visible to guild members will be seen in Guild news & Events, but only to those who qualify to become the new Guild Master. To determine who qualifies is based upon the highest ranked person in the guild who has logged on that week and any character in this bracket will receive the notification.
Once the character receives this notification, they simply need to click on it and a window will pop up to accept or decline the ability to take over as the new Guild Master.
If your guild is active, this system has no impact on your guild.
