This section contains commonly asked questions about our upcoming Mists of Pandaria realm, and the answers.
Q: When are you releasing Mists of Pandaria?
A: At the moment, the implementation is almost done, and if there are no emergent issues, the new expansion will be released on February 12th. We will start with the pre-patch which will take at least a month, after which Pandaria will be finally opened!
Q: How can we assist with testing Mists of Pandaria? What needs testing?
A: The information about the current testing can be found on the MoP PTR page, or in detail on TwinHead.
Q: Will our characters on Cataclysm be transferred to Mists of Pandaria?
A: Yes, all characters will be copied to the MoP realm at the day of the launch. The whole Apollo database will be cloned to the new realm, the full details of which will be released before the launch.
Q: What will happen to Cataclysm? Will our characters be still playable there? Will you launch a fresh realm?
A: The Apollo realm will be kept running and remain on Cataclysm even after the launch of MoP, for the existing player-base to enjoy. Cataclysm will remain a supported expansion as well, and if there is interest, a fresh realm will be a possibility in the future too!
Q: Is there a full client to download? Are other clients supported?
A: We offer a 5.4.8 mini-client that downloads the game when playing, and also a downloader for the full game. Both can be found here. If you have an existing Mists of Pandaria installation, you need to replace the executable with the one from the mini-client to connect, otherwise it will not be possible to use it.
Q: Will the old content still be supported on Mists of Pandaria?
A: Yes, the old content is based on our implementation of Cataclysm. You can test it on the PTR and make sure it works too!
Q: How will account-wide achievements/mounts/pets work with the character auction?
A: Achievements and collections in Mists of Pandaria are saved only to the account that received them, with the exception of class and arena mounts. When you move a character to another account, these will not be transferred with the character.
Q: Will we lose any gold, items, heirlooms, quest progress etc. when our characters enter Mists of Pandaria?
A: You won’t lose any gold, items, resources, or equipment, including heirlooms. Quest progress (tracking of completion) will however be reset, including Heart of Flame essences and similar. The only exception are item-gathering quests (since you will keep the necessary items).
Q: Will there be cross-faction battlegrounds/dungeons/raids?
A: Cross-faction battlegrounds will be supported, like we have on Cataclysm. Cross-faction dungeons and raids are not planned.
Q: Is Raid Finder planned for Mists of Pandaria?
A: Yes! In fact, it is already done and can be tested on the PTR.

Q: Přenesou se naše postavy z Cataclysmu do Mists of Pandaria?
A: Ano, všechny postavy se zkopírují na nový realm pro MoP v den spuštění. Cela databáze Apolla bude zduplikována na nový realm (veškeré podrobnosti budou zveřejněny před spuštěním).
Q: Co se stane s Cataclysmem? Budeme tam moci nadále hrát za své postavy? Spustíte nový realm?
A: Realm Apollo bude dále běžet na Cataclysmu i po spuštění MoP, aby si jej existující hráči mohli i nadále užívat. Cataclysm bude nadále podporován, a pokud bude zájem, i fresh může v budoucnosti být.
Q: Je někde plný klient je stažení? Jsou podporováný i jiné klienty?
A: Nabízíme ke stažení miniklient pro 5.4.8, který stahuje hru za běhu, a také aplikaci na stažení plné hry. Obojí je k dispozici zde. Pokud máte již existující instalaci Mists of Pandaria, musíte pro připojení nahradit spustitelný soubor tím z miniklienta, jinak ji nebude možné použít.
Q: Bude starý obsah stále podporován i v Mists of Pandaria?
A: Ano, starý obsah vychází z naší implementace Cataclysmu. Můžete si ho vyzkoušet na PTR a ujistit se, že také funguje!
Q: Jak bude fungovat sdílení achievementů/mountů/petů pro celý účet s aukcí postav?
A: Achievementy a kolekce v Mists of Pandaria se ukládají pouze na účet, na kterém byly získány, s výjimkou mountů pro třídy a z arén. Když přesunete postavu na jiný účet, nebudou přeneseny spolu s ní.
Q: Přijdeme o nějaké zlato, předměty, heirloomy, postup v úkolech atd., až se naše postavy přesunou na Mists of Pandaria?
A: Nepřijdete o žádné zlato, předměty, suroviny ani vybavení, včetně heirloomů. Postup v plnění úkolů se však vynuluje, včetně esencí na Heart of Flame a podobných. Jedinou výjimku představují úkoly na získání předmětů (protože úkolové předměty vám zůstanou).
Q: Budou sdílené battlegroundy/dungeony/raidy mezi frakcemi?
A: Battlegroundy sdílené budou tak, jako na Cataclysmu. Ostatní neplánujeme.
Q: Je pro Mists of Pandaria plánován Raid Finder?
A: Ano! Dokonce je i hotov a dostupný k testování na PTR.
